Double Bass Meets Loops and Percussion
The multi-instrumentalist Adam Ben Ezra combines the double bass with loops, effects, and percussion. From these elements, a unique mixture emerges, where jazz, funk, and Mediterranean influences meet. The double bass not only represents deep sound colors but becomes the central instrument of a versatile musical concept.
Through the use of loops and effects, musical motifs can be connected and immediately developed further. Together with percussion, varied sound structures arise, which characterize the duo's performance. Jazz serves as the starting point, while funk and Mediterranean influences provide additional impulses.
