Keplerband brings Christmas sounds to the Bayreuth action stage
On December 17, 2026, the Keplerband of the Johannes Kepler Secondary School Bayreuth will create a musical atmosphere on the action stage of the Christkindlesmarkt. The performance begins at 5:30 PM in Stadtparkett Bayreuth and combines youthful stage energy with the festive atmosphere of the pre-Christmas season.
Young voices, great stage moment
The school band stands for making music together, visible joy in playing, and direct contact with the audience. When the first notes resonate over the marketplace, live atmosphere and Christmas market ambiance come together: people stop, listen, and experience students presenting their musical work on a public stage.
Music among lights and stalls
The action stage of the Christkindlesmarkt provides the perfect setting for an outdoor performance. Amidst lights, a winter landscape, and the hustle and bustle in Maximilianstraße, a concert moment with special charm emerges. The open stage situation creates short paths to the audience and makes every reaction immediately palpable.
Keplerband with concert experience
The Keplerband of the Johannes Kepler Secondary School has already made musical accents at school and public events. In 2025, it musically accompanied the celebration marking the completion of the general refurbishment of the school. In summer 2026, the band presented its own program in a special atmosphere during the concert evening Unplugged 313.
Free entry and open to all
The performance is part of the public stage program at the Bayreuth Christkindlesmarkt and is free of charge. Families, market visitors, and all music fans from Bayreuth and the region can experience a close concert with authentic stage performance and pre-Christmas audience atmosphere.
Conclusion: Live music as a festive meeting point
The Keplerband makes the Christkindlesmarkt on December 17, 2026, a musical meeting point. Those who want to experience young musicians live, combine Christmas shopping with a concert, and enjoy the special acoustics of an open market stage should not miss this performance in Stadtparkett Bayreuth.
