Christmas Choir Sounds at the Bayreuth Christkindlesmarkt
On December 16, 2026, the choir of Alexander von Humboldt Secondary School will bring festive music to the action stage of the Bayreuth Christkindlesmarkt. The performance combines group singing, a wintry live atmosphere, and the special mood of the city park.
Voices Bringing Christmas Closer
In the pre-Christmas market atmosphere, Christmas performances will resonate from students of the Alexander von Humboldt Secondary School. The focus is on choral singing: many voices coming together to create a harmonious sound that enriches the visit to the Christkindlesmarkt musically.
Live Music Amidst Market Magic and Light Glimmer
The action stage on Maximilianstraße provides the perfect setting for this short concert in the heart of Bayreuth. Amidst festive lighting, market stalls, and a wintry audience atmosphere, a concert experience arises that brings together families, market visitors, and music lovers directly.
A Special Moment for the School Community
The performance showcases young singers live on stage and makes musical engagement in public spaces tangible. Choral sounds, stage performance, and joint conducting meet the open atmosphere of the Christkindlesmarkt.
Conclusion: Christmas Atmosphere to Listen and Enjoy
Anyone wanting to experience Bayreuth in Advent from its musical side will find a festive event at the action stage. The choir of Alexander von Humboldt Secondary School invites you to pause for a moment, listen, and welcome the Christmas season together with music.
