The event day starts at 09:00 and lasts about eight hours. Under the guidance of the experienced brewing team, the journey goes through the central stations of the brewing process. Malt, hops, yeast, and water are discovered with all senses before it gets hands-on.

During the crushing, mashing, and rest steps, an immediate impression is gained of how careful event planning and precise organization play a role even in brewing beer. Temperatures and original gravity are measured while participants actively work on valves and pumps.
