Discovering Whisky Beyond the Usual Suspects

On November 13, 2026, Spirits Trail in Creußen invites you to a special Whisky Tasting. Under the motto Off the Beaten Path, characterful bottlings are the focus, promising new aromas, unusual profiles, and surprising moments of enjoyment.

Characterful Bottlings in the Glass

For those who want to consciously experience whisky rather than just drink it, this evening offers an exciting journey of enjoyment. Selected whiskies with distinctive character – beyond well-known standard bottlings and familiar brands – are in the spotlight. Different aromas, cask notes, and regional influences continually reveal new perspectives.

Enjoyment, Knowledge, and Personal Atmosphere

The event combines tasting and professional exchange in the personal atmosphere of the Spirits Trail shop and tasting pub. The event management focuses on a pleasure-oriented target group: Experienced whisky fans discover new favorites, while curious newcomers receive an understandable introduction to the world of special spirits.

Spirits Trail is established in Creußen as a specialist shop for whisky, gin, rum, and other high-quality spirits. The organizers, Sandra and Michael Röthlein, stand for personal advice and carefully selected products. Michael Röthlein works as an Independent Whisky Ambassador.

An Evening for Explorers

The event atmosphere remains deliberately personal and focused. In the glass, intense, fruity, spicy, or smoky facets come together; stories about origin, production, and maturation add to the experience. Thus, an event experience emerges that connects enjoyment and expertise.

Please note that participation is intended for those aged 18 and older. No vehicle should be driven after whisky tasting. A safe journey home is therefore part of responsible event planning.

Conclusion: Discover New Whisky Favorites Live

The Whisky Tasting in Creußen promises an enjoyable evening for all who wish to learn about characterful bottlings and special spirits off the beaten path. Experience the diversity of aromas live at Spirits Trail and expand your personal whisky horizon.
