AQUAaktivTAG in Pegnitz: Double water power, double relaxation
On Thursday, November 19, 2026, the AQUAaktivTAG transforms the teaching swimming pool at the CabrioSol year-round pool in Pegnitz into a stage for movement, energy, and well-being. At 4:15 PM and again at 5:30 PM, there will be approximately 20 minutes of aquagymnastics on the program.
Water action with speed and rhythm
In the warm indoor pool, joint-friendly movement meets sporty dynamics. Aquagymnastics activates the entire body, challenges endurance and coordination, while also providing a pleasant training experience in the water. Two sessions offer the opportunity to experience the AQUAaktivTAG once or even twice as intensely.
Movement meets relaxation
After the water action, relaxation takes center stage. A soothing scrub or a cool drink forms the perfect conclusion to the active afternoon. Thus, the event combines fitness, regeneration, and a relaxed stadium atmosphere in a special way – only here water, music, and collective enthusiasm for movement set the tone.
Well reachable and accessible
The CabrioSol year-round pool is located at Badstraße 4 in Pegnitz. Guests have access to their own parking, bicycle stands, and a built-in wardrobe. The venue is fully accessible with assistance; walker and wheelchair spaces are available.
Conclusion: Dive into the water now
The AQUAaktivTAG promises two compact training units, noticeable water power, and soothing moments afterwards. Those who want to combine movement with wellness and experience aquagymnastics in a special atmosphere will find the right date at CabrioSol Pegnitz.
