Accordion Sounds with a Wide Musical Range in Bayreuth
The First Accordion Club Bayreuth invites you to the traditional annual concert in the Europasaal of the CENTER on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Together with the Accordion Orchestra Neustadt bei Coburg e. V., the ensemble presents a varied program showcasing the sound possibilities of the accordion.
Two Orchestras, One Shared Concert Evening
Under the direction of Manuela Maisel, the First Accordion Club Bayreuth shapes the concert evening with musical precision and diverse orchestration. The guest orchestra is the Accordion Orchestra Neustadt bei Coburg e. V. led by Matthias Hülss. The collaboration promises contrasting sound colors, dynamic transitions, and a multifaceted stage performance.
The Accordion in All Its Diversity
The First Accordion Club Bayreuth was founded in 1958 and is known beyond the city limits. In its annual concert, the accordion as a versatile orchestral instrument takes the spotlight: from finely tuned ensemble passages to powerful tutti moments, a concert experience emerges with clear synchronization, differentiated sound, and great musical expressiveness.
Live Atmosphere in the Europasaal
The Europasaal in the CENTER provides the perfect setting for a concert evening where the audience's mood directly meets the stage. As the registers come in, accordions intertwine, and the sound unfolds in the hall, the unique impact of a live accordion orchestra is revealed: approachable, rhythmically agile, and at the same time orchestra-like.
An Evening for Music Lovers and Accordion Fans
The annual concert combines regional music tradition with sophisticated ensemble work. Visitors can experience two established orchestras, a diverse program, and the characteristic sound world of the accordion in a festive concert atmosphere.
Those who want to experience the sound diversity of the accordion and the energy of a large orchestra live should mark November 21, 2026, and attend the annual concert at the CENTER Bayreuth.
