Festive Brass Sounds at the Bayreuth Christmas Market

On December 9, 2026, when the lights of the Bayreuth Christmas Market shine, the Eckersdorf Trombone Choir will bring festive music to the action stage. The performance starts at 6:30 PM and combines the warm sound of trumpets, trombones, and other brass instruments with the unique atmosphere of the pre-Christmas city park setting.

Christmas Sound Among Stalls and Lights

The music of the Trombone Choir unfolds its effect right in the midst of the market: clear brass lines, radiant chords, and a robust ensemble sound meet the smell of roasted almonds and the glow of Christmas decorations. This creates a festive moment for families, market visitors, and all those who want to experience Advent musically.

Community, Sound, and Festive Stage Performance

A trombone choir thrives on precise synchronization, balanced orchestration, and the shared breath of an ensemble. The Eckersdorf Trombone Choir embodies the vibrant brass tradition of the region. On the action stage of the Christmas Market, the music comes close to the audience and creates an immediate live atmosphere without concert halls and rows of seats.
