Diversity of Contemporary Art in the Heart of Bayreuth
With ART IN AUTUMN 2026, the Art Association Bayreuth e.V. presents a multifaceted member exhibition in the exhibition hall of the New Town Hall. The show brings together different artistic positions and makes visible how diverse contemporary art can be thought, designed, and experienced from a regional perspective.
Artistic Diversity and Personal Handwriting
The exhibition opens an engaging dialogue between painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, and other forms of expression. The focus is on the individual handwritings of the association members: different materials, shapes, color tones, and image ideas interact with each other and invite concentrated viewing of the works.
Exhibition Atmosphere in the New Town Hall
The exhibition hall of the New Town Hall provides the works with a clear public framework. Between architecture, light, and open presentation areas, an exhibition atmosphere is created in which the works can be perceived from different perspectives. The art experience thrives on the interplay between immediate impression and thorough observation.
Art Association as a Place for Cultural Encounter
The Art Association Bayreuth e.V. has shaped the cultural life of the city for many years and creates spaces for artistic exchange. ART IN AUTUMN 2026 is understood as a lively platform for contemporary art, encounter, and cultural education. Visitors gain insights into the diversity of regional art creation and discover works that inspire their own thoughts and conversations.
