YLC Young Leaders Club: Deepening Faith and Taking Responsibility
Young people who are interested in working in the YMCA, churches, and congregations will find a space for education, exchange, and spiritual guidance at the seminar of the Young Leaders Club. The focus is on developing skills that strengthen committed church work and vibrant community.
Training for Young Leaders
The seminar provides impulses for those who want to take on leadership responsibilities in church youth work. The combination of training, personal reflection, and Christian community creates a valuable faith experience for the further journey in volunteering.
Community, Spirituality, and Practical Involvement
At YMCA Bayreuth, interested individuals meet who want to contribute their talents in churches and congregations. The YLC concept combines religious experience with practical training and opens perspectives for responsible involvement in church work.
A Day for Engagement and Orientation
The event is aimed at young leaders and people who want to rediscover their place in the community. Spiritual community, professional impulses, and exchange about Christian youth work are central to the meeting.
The Young Leaders Club invites you to actively help shape church work and take on responsibility in the community. Those who wish to accompany young people, shape the church, and deepen their own faith in practice will experience an inspiring seminar day in Bayreuth.
